AMS is always looking for exceptional individuals to join our team. We occasionally have open positions in customer support, software development and sales. Please send your resume to careers@academicmanagement.com.
The following positions are currently available:
SALES AMBASSADOR
AMS would like to establish a small team of experienced academic administrators or educators that would be willing to learn more about our software in order to pass along their knowledge to other colleagues in academia. Each ambassador would be responsible for contacting colleges and universities in their region to schedule product demonstrations that are carried out by AMS staff members. All leads that are converted into sales will result in an excellent 'finders fee' commission.
SALES REPRESENTATIVE
AMS is also interested in hiring part-time representatives (preferably academic administrators or educators) who would be willing to learn more about our software in order to visit regional institutions in order to demonstrate, pilot, and eventually sell our software. Each representative would be responsible for contacting colleges and universities in their region. Competitive commissions are paid on all sales.
RUBY PROGRAMMER
Experienced, Full-Time Ruby Programmer. Requirements include a minimum of 3 years full-time employment working on web-based applications, preferably using "Ruby On Rails", demonstrable mastery of at least one other OOP language, excellent analytical and debugging skills, good teamwork and interpersonal skills. BS in Computer Science preferred. Candidate must be mature, motivated, and able to be productive when working alone or as part of a team.
