We consider our staff to be an invaluable asset and the primary factor in maintaining our leading position in the higher education information technology marketplace. We place great importance on our staffing process to select not only the right person for the position but the right person for the company. Technology skills are equal to other personal and communication factors in our selection process. We place a high importance on the "emotional intelligence" of our staff, as this enables each employee to adapt to changing technologies and to participate as part of a ‘whole system'. AMS staff turnover is very low. We continue to employ staff that has been with the company for more than a dozen-years. Our staff possesses a keen understanding of the higher education market and its embedded intricacies.
Liaison International employs approximately 65 staff members so the combined workforce of both AMS and Liaison is greater than 80 individuals.
