| | AMS bases its pricing for CoursEval on the institution's student full-time equivalent (FTE) number. The software may be purchased as a Site license for use by all units and departments, or for individual units or departments within an institution. If, for instance, a College of Arts and Science wishes to start using CoursEval at a University in advance of the several other Colleges (Law, Engineering, Business, etc.), AMS will charge a lower initial rate to the College of Arts and Sciences, and apply that sum to the cost of a Site License should other Colleges wish to participate. An annual renewal fee is charged to cover regular up grades and on-going support.
AMS offers a hosting service for CoursEval for clients who wish to avoid the time, expense, and concern associated with server management, data storage and security.
