SiteAssign allows students to be assigned to sites / preceptors for any type of clinical / experiential learning assignment. Students review descriptions of the learning sites and the experiences available, then create a list of preferences of the sites and blocks / dates they would like to attend. Academic Programs can then create lotteries based on a set of customizable rules and place as many students as possible at their preferred sites with a few clicks of the mouse.
SiteAssign is a web-based application that students, preceptors and Academic Programs can access anytime, anywhere. Easy imports of information into the system reduce the amount of data entry required, while filters allow you to focus your attention on specific information.
SiteAssign integrates with CoursEval&trade, our web-based course, instructor and clinical / experiential rotation assessment software allowing the synchronization of student and assignment information between the two programs. This advanced level of integration is also available with ClinicEval, our national clinical performance assessment software that, most recently, has been licensed by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) as PT CPI Web.
SiteAssign can work for any off-site experiential learning program. It also works well for medical student clerkships / electives, pharmacy placements, physical therapy clinical experiences, veterinary medicine clinical assignments, and similar clinical assignments in other health professions programs.
